You may not use this Belvedere Designs™ product on more than one computer at a time, nor on a network or multi-user system. If your company or organization needs additional copies, or you plan to use Belvedere Designs™ images on a network, or on multiple computers simultaneously, you may purchase additional discs at a discount or license the content for a multi-user setup. End User License Agreement

By breaking the seal on the clipart, or downloading any files from this website, you are entering into a legal agreement between you and Belvedere Designs™, as a representative name of the exclusive copyright owner, namely Raelene Bradley. Read this agreement carefully before using the disc and/or downloading any images or graphics. By breaking the seal on the DVD/CD-ROM case or downloading any file from the disc or this website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer, the license granted and restrictions and limitations recited herein apply to your employer as well as you as a representative of your employer. Should you cease to work for your employer, your employer may continue to operate under this agreement.

The contents of this CD or download graphic/package are proprietary and copyrighted by Belvedere Designs™. All rights are reserved. Samples downloaded from this website are for personal use only. When you purchase any Belvedere Designs™ product, Belvedere Designs™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the images on the disc in your personal use and professional work which includes printed materials such as scrapbooking, vinyl graphics, brochures, advertisements and promotional campaigns, displays, presentations, and newsletters subject to the restrictions contained herein. You may not transfer, loan, rent, or grant any rights to the images contained on this CD, or any compilation, derivative or collective work containing such images to any other person or organization without the prior and explicit written consent of Belvedere Designs™. You may not use this Belvedere Designs™ product on more than one computer at a time, nor on a network or multi-user system.

You are granted special permission to use the images you have purchased in this Belvedere Designs™ product to create t-shirts, vinyl decals, promotional items, and other types of tangible merchandise on non-high-volume factory quantities that you will sell. Using Belvedere Designs™ stick figure designs for high-volume production (i.e. any one project requiring more than 7,500 impressions of the same image) requires additional licensing. All images contained in the CD or download package are owned by Belvedere Designs™ and are protected by United States Copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws. No title to or intellectual property rights to the images or the disc are transferred to you. Belvedere Designs™ retains all rights not expressly granted by this license agreement.

You shall retain total control and possession of the CD(s), image files and other related materials at all times and shall not allow these files to fall into the possession of any third party who is not licensed by this Agreement.

Please note that Belvedere Designs™ is serious about preserving the integrity of this License Agreement and will take action to enforce it when necessary. This desire to maintain the Agreement notwithstanding, Belvedere Designs™ will be pleased to make special arrangements to permit you to use an image or images in many ways that are presently excluded by this Agreement. This is generally an easy procedure that is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for detailed information.

The following uses of Belvedere Designs™ images are prohibited:

Samples are personal use only. Any commercial application is prohibited.
You may not make, or allow anyone else to make, any form of copy, whether printed, photographic, digital and/or any other modality of any of the images on this disc, website, or downloaded package, except in the use of the image or images in your personal use or professional work as specified above.
The disc may not be copied in its entirety for backup purposes.
You may not transfer, loan, rent, or grant any rights to the images contained on this CD, or any compilation, derivative or collective work containing such images to any other person or organization without the prior and explicit written consent of Belvedere Designs™.
You are expressly forbidden from posting any image or images from the disc or website on any electronic bulletin board.
You may not use or permit the use of the image or images, or any part thereof, as a trademark or service mark, or claim any proprietary rights of any sort in the image or images of any part thereof.
You may not use, or allow anyone else to use, any of these images in any pornographic, libelous or defamatory use.
You may not use, or allow anyone else to use, any of these images for human body tattooing and/or body piercing.
You may not use these images as a part of any kind of template or graphic file that you will resell.

Limitation of Damages

Neither Belvedere Designs™, nor any of its officers, agents, employees, representatives, associates or its licensors shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this disc of downloaded file or any image or images contained therein.

Belvedere Designs™, images, including derivative works based on them, may not be repackaged or resold in the form of clipart, digital stock photography, digital stock illustrations, print or transparency photography collections. Belvedere Designs™ reviews and grants Special Use Licenses, and assesses requisite fees, on a case-by-case basis.

Limited Warranty

Belvedere Designs™ warrants this disc to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase as evidenced by the sales receipt. Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the disc or a refund up to the total purchase price, at the option of Belvedere Designs™. Belvedere Designs™ MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY COMPUTER OR OTHER KIND OF EQUIPMENT.
